May is the perfect month to begin our annual gardening. Whether planting seeds, flowers or getting our little garden of vegetables and herbs in the summer, gardening is an excellent form of physical activity.
Indeed, it is often forgotten, but gardening is excellent for our health and represents a perfect form of physical activity! Why? Gardening asks to use all your muscles in addition to helping the flexibility of your joints.
So do not hesitate, enjoy the beautiful weather that begins to point out the nose and take out your spades, rakes and gloves to have the most beautiful garden!
