Help us to advance research

6 October 2020

Do you want to advance the research?
The University of Ottawa and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute have just launched a study to better understand access to health care services for people with Parkinson’s disease across Canada and Europe.

As part of this study, they are soliciting the participation of people with Parkinson’s disease to complete an online questionnaire. Your participation would be completely voluntary and should only take about 15 minutes. The questionnaire is anonymous and all data will be kept confidential.

If you have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and would like to participate in the survey, click on the button below, it will take you to the online questionnaire where you will also find more information about the study.

It is important that it is the person with Parkinson’s disease who answers the questions. If necessary, you can ask a caregiver or someone close to you for help.
