Do you want to advance the research?
The University of Ottawa and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute have just launched a study to better understand access to health care services for people with Parkinson’s disease across Canada and Europe.
As part of this study, they are soliciting the participation of people with Parkinson’s disease to complete an online questionnaire. Your participation would be completely voluntary and should only take about 15 minutes. The questionnaire is anonymous and all data will be kept confidential.
