Session 10 : Building your team to meet the challenges related to the progression of Parkinson’s disease
This session is for people living with the progression of Parkinson’s disease or who want to prepare for it. It is designed to allow you to:
- name your needs and describe your situation
- prioritize daily tasks and identify resources
- recognize the signs of fragility and intervene preventively
- communicate your preferences and your wishes for the future.
To help you in your reflection and make the process easier, several fact sheets have been prepared for you: “List of needs”, “Prevention is better!”, “Levels of care and legal aspects”, “Frailty”, “Tax Measures”, “Palliative and end-of-life care”. Use them along with the “Resource Guide” to facilitate a discussion with each other and with your loved ones to help you make the decisions that are best for you.
