Le sommeil profond active le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique qui permet au corps de se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer et de prendre du repos. Faites cette s\u00e9ance avant de vous mettre au lit et ex\u00e9cutez les mouvements avec lenteur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"capsule-09\" class=\"wp-block-group accordion-item detectinviewport is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group accordion-header is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capsule 09 &#8211; La micrographie<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group accordion-body accordion-collapse collapse is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les personnes vivant avec la maladie de Parkinson \u00e9prouvent souvent des difficult\u00e9s avec les mains qui se traduisent par la micrographie, un trouble de l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019espace et une augmentation progressive de la rigidit\u00e9 autour des articulations du poignet et des doigts. Lors de cette s\u00e9ance, stimulez votre circulation sanguine dans les mains et les doigts. Carole offers yoga courses in Quebec for people living with Parkinson\u2019s Disease, Alzheimer\u2019s Disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.
