Manon Day<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Manon shares her unique experience with Parkinson\u2019s disease and speech difficulties. 
Despite the daily challenges, she expresses herself with strength and determination, showing us that it\u2019s possible to be heard\u2014even when words are hard to say. 
Manon talks about her journey, the tools she uses to communicate more effectively, and offers valuable advice to others facing similar situations. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sandra Conway<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Despite the difficult time Sandra Conway has been through, she has decided to make changes in her life. She maintains a positive attitude and stays active. She does art therapy to keep her mind and soul busy and to maximize her strength. Her motto: listen to your body’s signals and slow down to enjoy life and of course, be in harmony with yourself. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Meet H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Deutsch, a person living with Parkinson’s disease and full of positivism. She mentions that it is important to take care of yourself and keep yourself busy, for example by going for walks, meditating and more. She shares that it is important to talk about the taboos of the disease with groups and loved ones. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

However, his message to the Parkinson’s community is not to give up. Parkinson’s is not the end of your life, but a new beginning. You have to have fun! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
