Everyday, 8 people in Quebec are diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
By taking part, you are directly helping provide support, resources, and most importantly, hope.

This fundraising event supports more than 25,000 Quebecers living with Parkinson’s and their care partners. Parkinson’s is the world’s second most common neurodegenerative disease. Experts estimate that the number of people living with Parkinson’s in Quebec could double by 2031, reaching 46,000.

The Défi Vélo Parkinson is Parkinson Québec’s largest fundraising event.This 16th edition aims to raise $400,000 to help provide support, services, education, and hope to everyone affected by the disease.

In-person Format: 

 *Jersey pickup on the day of the event.

Remote Format:
  • Route and location determined by the participant.
  • The challenge can be completed anytime between March 1 and August 22, 2026.
  • Individual fundraising goal: $500
  • Registration fee: $60 (regular rate), including the official 2026 event jersey*
  • Please review the waiver of liability (in french)

 * Jerseys will be shipped upon receipt, currently expected on August 18. Parkinson Québec cannot guarantee availability of the 2026 event jersey for registrations received after June 26, 2026. However, participants will receive a jersey bearing the organization’s colours.
