Support Services for Parkinson's Disease
Whether you or a loved one has Parkinson’s disease, we offer information and support services suitable for you, online or close to home.
Through our services, we offer support as your power to act and cope with the disease develops. We wish for you to have hope for a fulfilling life with Parkinson’s disease.

Information and support line
Specialized counsellors are on the other end of the line to listen and answer questions from people with Parkinson’s disease and their loved ones.

Exercise groups
Physical activity is a key element in Parkinson’s disease management. It reduces the impact of disease symptoms, improves cognitive function and has a neuroprotective effect. You can join online Parkinson’s exercise groups in the comfort of your home, or in person with a group near you.

Daily living
Once diagnosed, you need to overcome the challenges caused by some symptoms to maintain an active and positive lifestyle.

Conferences
Get information directly from Quebec specialists and researchers to better live with the disease and foster your hope for a future without Parkinson’s disease. By attending these conferences on Parkinson’s disease, you will have greater control over the decisions and actions that affect your health.

Support groups
Many support groups dedicated to Parkinson’s disease meet regularly throughout Quebec. These groups, intended for people living with the disease as well as their loved ones, allow for the exchange of information and ideas concerning the most common problems encountered.
