Coping with Grief After Caregiving

Have you recently lost a loved one whom you supported until the end?

This session is designed to offer you a moment of respite, reflection, and support. Through touching testimonials and practical tools, this session will help you to understand and come to terms with your loss, recognize and embrace your emotions and begin, at your own pace, a new chapter in life.

Additional resources available for download:

  • Suggested readings to better understand grief: to help you deepen your understanding of the grieving process.
  • Listening lines and immediate support: to quickly find help when you need it.
  • Practical strategies to ease this transition: to provide concrete support as you go through this transition.

You can also check out the Resource Guide, which brings together several resources for all care partners to help prevent exhaustion and maintain well-being.
