TAVIE™ in Motion is the result of many years of clinical and research work, all dedicated to making everyday life easier for you. It includes 13 themed sessions you can watch on your own or as a dyad (for example: spouse, parent-child, or friends) whenever it fits your schedule.

Throughout the sessions, you’ll have access to more than:

  • 50 strategies explained by the nurse
  • 100 practical tips shared by experienced dyad
  • 28 Fact Sheets and 1 downloadable and printable Resource Guide

The Fact Sheets summarize useful strategies to help you protect your health, communicate more effectively, ask for help successfully, manage stress, and learn about financial or tax measures you may be eligible for. You’ll also find information on levels of care throughout the course of the disease and key legal considerations.

The Resource Guide helps you find services tailored to your evolving situation. It includes a directory of resources specifically designed to meet the needs of people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners.

These documents are integrated into the various sessions and can be accessed directly by clicking on the name of the Resource Guide or Fact Sheet displayed below each video.

We encourage you to explore the sessions, review the Fact Sheets and Resource Guide, and put these diverse strategies and tips into practice. And don’t hesitate to share your own. Together, we can contribute to the well-being of the entire Parkinson’s community!
