It is this positive epidemic of people who are willing to give of their time, knowledge and love for their neighbours that needs to be monitored. Every day, indicators of the number of cases and deaths are published, but who lists all the good deeds that have come about as a result of this crisis situation?
We all have the power to change someone’s day in isolation. So today, go ahead and make it the day of someone close to you.
Here are a few tips on how to make a difference in the world around you:
- Call at least one person a day and tell them about your little victory of the day. Describe how you made someone’s day sunny and create a snowball effect of little joys!
- Send a nice card to tell your loved ones that you’re thinking of them.
- Hang a rainbow on your window to brighten up the day for passers-by.
