“How to” : live interpretation during conferences
How to activate live interpretation on Zoom?
➔ If you are joining the online conference from a computer :
A. After joining the conference on Zoom, click on “Interpretation” :
B. Select the language that you would like to hear “English”, and to hear the interpreted language only “Mute original audio” :
You can now listen to the presentation in the language of your choice!
➔ If you are joining the online conference from a tablet or a smartphone :
A. After joining the conference on Zoom, tap “…More”, then “Language interpretation” :
B. Tap the language you would like to hear “English”, tap the toggle to “Mute original audio” and tap on the button “Done” :
You can now listen to the presentation in the language of your choice!
Please note that you can go back and listen to the conference in its original language, which is French at any time by selecting “original audio”.
