The obligations of the Board of Directors are reviewed. In accordance with the Administrative Regulations of May 11, 2012, article 25 and following:
- Determine the number of board members for 2020;
- Determine the number of board member positions to fill for 2020;
- Present the candidates recommended by the Recruiting and Nominating Committee;
- Election of members: Propose a single list of candidates;
- Ask Assembly members to confer responsibility to the Parkinson Québec Board of Directors for filling the vacant positions.
